Regional Distributors, Inc. Ranks #30 on the 2021 Rochester Top Workplaces List 

Rochester, NY – Regional Distributors, Inc. has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by Democrat and Chronicle's Rochester Top Workplaces and has ranked #30 out of 60 Rochester companies that made the list. This is the company's second consecutive year making the list who ranked #13 on the 2020 list. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
