Open Position - Night Warehouse Picking Associate
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift Opening: B Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00PM until completion; Friday, 4:00pm until completion. We are looking to fill this position immediately. Must be serious about working B-Shift hours.

Rate: Starting at $18 - $20/hour (dependent on experience), plus performance bonus pay and full health benefits and retirement package

We are looking to immediately hire an experienced B Shift/Night Warehouse Picking Associate to join our enthusiastic, service-orientated team. The ideal candidate will possess experience with warehouse and delivery operations including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving orders to meet the company’s productivity and quality goals. The candidate should also possess strong attention to detail, enthusiastic energy, and eagerness to support the company’s values and goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pick orders with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to overall details. Only candidates with picking and stocking experience will be considered.
- Transport merchandise (using body, tools, work aides, machinery, or special devices to move, carry, guide, or place objects or materials).
- Operate various equipment including lifting apparatus, hand jack, stock picker, two-wheel dolly, hand truck, and forklift to push, pull, lift, stack, palletize, or move products.
- Physically lift, move, carry, and place products on shelves, racks, etc., as well as load and unload delivery trucks.
- Constantly inspect goods and packaging for defects and damage.
- Actively listen to, report, and resolve operations complaints.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment.
- Maintain general knowledge of company’s product offerings, operations, and goals.
Requirements:
- PICKING AND STOCKING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Only candidates with picking and stocking experience will be considered.
- Must have experience operating hand jacks and stock pickers.
- Must be punctual to arrive for shift and maintain good attendance.
- Must be serious about working B-Shift hours.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through coupled with the desire to exceed company and customer service expectations.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 75 pounds, as well as frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach above and below the waist.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Outside Sales Territory Account Manager to join our enthusiastic, service-orientated team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record selling products and recommending relevant solutions to current and prospective customers, enthusiastic energy providing above and beyond service, and eagerness to support the company’s values, principles, and goals. Sales experience and knowledge of the janitorial and/or food service industry is required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Grow, maintain and manage a wide customer account base across multiple industries including, but not limited to, corporate, educational, healthcare, hospitality, recreational, government, and independent customers.
- Ensure revenue growth by consistently working to improve customer experiences by listening and proactively analyzing their current and future needs and by providing exceptional customer support.
- Strive to become a specialist, and not merely a generalist, by proactively researching and understanding customers’ key business drivers, observing their company’s operations, developing relationships with key stakeholders, selling relevant products to meet their specific goals, providing reliable back-up information, data, and materials, and nurturing relationships throughout the entire lifetime cycle, both offline and online.
- Evaluate, recommend, describe, and demonstrate relevant and substitute products and solutions to maintain relationships and grow sales. Actively sell and support company’s products, provide product information (brochures, videos, samples, etc.), and answer questions in a timely manner.
- Submit customer orders, maintain inventories, and provide timely customer support while in the field by utilizing company devices and technologies. Work to identify and resolve customer challenges and issues before they occur.
- Develop and implement weekly sales plans that include a schedule of prearranged calls and visits to current and new customers and ensure all appropriate sales tool and materials are organized in advance.
- Grow existing customer base by identifying prospective customers through on-site evaluations, customer referrals, internal lead reports, and online research.
- Nurture and maintain customer relationships through scheduled and impromptu in-person visits, follow-up emails and phone calls.
- Engage in problem solving by attentively listening to customers’ needs, proactively performing analysis, and interpreting purchase trends. Enlist and communicate with coworkers to ensure exceptional, timely service and that operations are performing at highly efficient levels.
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s product offerings, operations, goals, communications outlets, and industry trends and business landscape.
- Represent the company in the most professional of manners during all customer interactions and networking opportunities by upholding the company’s mission, core values & principles, and company culture of trust, honesty, respect, reliability, and attentiveness.
- Maintain close contact with management regarding account activity, customer needs, prices, customer feedback, and product quality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
- At least two years of sales experience within the janitorial and/or food service industry is required.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Successful experience building a territory or customer base from little or nothing.
- Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, negotiating, and understanding specific business/industry needs.
- High energy, self-motivated, decisive, and results-oriented.
- Innovative, generating creative solutions and a multitude of ideas.
- Excellent listening, note-taking and organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly, with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable at operating desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media, and ability to learn internal business systems.
- Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
