Regional Distributors a Winner of the Rochester Top Workplaces Award For Third Consecutive Year

Rochester, NY – Regional Distributors, Inc. has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by Democrat & Chronicle. This is the company's third consecutive year making the list. Only 61 Rochester Metro Area companies made the 2022 list that is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
